Dr. Elisabeth Frank, MPT, DPT

CEO & Physical Therapist

Meet Elisabeth Frank, MPT, DPT, an esteemed physical therapist based in Midtown New York. With an exceptional academic background, Elisabeth holds a Bachelor's degree in exercise and sports science from the University of Georgia’s The Honors College, where she graduated summa cum laude. She further pursued her passion for healthcare by obtaining a Master's and Doctor of Physical Therapy from Northwestern University.

Throughout her career, Elisabeth has had the privilege of working with diverse age groups and a wide range of injuries. Her experience spans from nurturing the potential of elite child athletes and professional athletes at prestigious institutions like Bolletierri and IMG Academies to providing essential care to Broadway dancers involved in major Disney productions. Elisabeth's expertise lies in orthopedic injuries and the musculoskeletal system. However, she utilizes a comprehensive approach to the body and also treats everything from the vestibular system to the viscera and TMJ.

Elisabeth takes a personalized approach to her practice and recognizes the importance of one-on-one individualized interaction with her patients. She employs highly skilled manual techniques from numerous continuing education certifications, implements differential diagnosis, and conducts thorough assessments of kinetic chain and gait analysis to ensure accurate and effective treatment plans.

Understanding the significance of core and stability muscle strength as well as postural re-education in the healing process, Elisabeth incorporates individualized pilates sessions into each patient's plan of care. By integrating this modality in her approach, she optimizes neuromuscular re-education and motor learning to enhance the use of pain-free motor patterns and prevent future injury.

  • Jazmyn is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in pain management and aesthetic medicine, proudly serving patients in Midtown Manhattan. With a strong clinical background and a passion for delivering personalized care, Jazmyn offers a comprehensive approach to both chronic pain relief and aesthetic enhancement.

    Jazmyn brings a unique blend of medical expertise and artistic precision to every patient interaction. After graduating from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine's PA program, she worked in Orthopedic surgery for 6 years at NYU Center for Musculoskeletal Care, followed by 6 years in private practice where she focused on both pain management and aesthetic/regenerative medicine.

    She aims to help patients regain function and improve their quality of life through minimally invasive procedures, targeted therapies, and compassionate, evidence-based care. Known for her attentive and empathetic bedside manner, Jazmyn is committed to ensuring each patient feels informed, comfortable, and confident in their care.

  • Born and raised  in Costa Rica. Melissa moved to Atlanta in 2008 to start a new adventure in her life, Pilates .  That same year she started her certification with Power Pilates and since has been working non-stop with an amazing people. 
    To keep her  professional growing, she moved to NYC in 2011 where she started  working at Real Pilates with Alycea Ungaros and also teach at Power Pilates under Bob Liekens. 

    She kept her practice growing by taking classes with Master instructors like Bob Liekens, Alycea Ungaros , Mary Windsor, Bred Howard, Daniel Lyon , Tela Anderson and Juan. 

      Melissa became a Spring Tone Trainer, a special class developed for Ungaros and become teacher trainer for her program in 2016 . 

    Since she have being training futures teachers in the USA, Hong Kong, Montreal and Paris. Melissa is also trained in Red Core, Biocore and TRX.

  • A former dancer, Jamie has always had a passion for movement. Upon receiving her full pilates certification she was able to further her understanding of the body and application towards her clients. It was love at first move.

    She believes that movement through pilates is a therapy for the mind and body. She has been helping clients strengthen their minds and bodies for 17 years now. 

    She considers it a privilege to be a part of people's growth process through movement. Her goal is to help her clients not only get stronger, but to further understand their bodies and what they are capable of.

  • Before becoming a certified comprehensive Pilates instructor (600h) Aleksandra was a Principal Dancer with the Kielce Dance Theatre, performing on international stages including the Masada Festival in Israel and with the Shanghai Dance Theatre in China. She studied Contemporary Dance and the Arts in Rome and performed as a soloist in The Rite of Spring, choreographed by Angelin Preljocaj.

    Her passion for the connection between space and well-being led her to earn a Master’s in Architecture at NYIT, where she conducted VR research on how interior environments affect mental and physical health. She was named Future100 by Metropolis Magazine and her work was showcased during 7 Venice Architecture Bienniale. She went on to lead architectural and digital product initiatives, ultimately serving as Head of Product in construction technology.

    But long hours at a desk reignited old injuries—until she discovered Pilates. It helped her heal, realign, and rebuild strength from the inside out.

    Today, Aleksandra brings together her unique background in dance, architecture, and wellness to help others reconnect with their bodies and find balance.

    She is also the founder of Artezen—a platform that helps professionals understand their stress patterns and reset their nervous systems before stress takes hold.

  • Linda came to Pilates through her practice of Tai Chi and a deep interest in posture and body awareness. After one transformative class, she immediately enrolled in a classical certification program. Trained through the lineage of Joseph Pilates, her teaching is intentional and emphasizes precision, alignment and mindful movement. She uses this movement as a form of medicine and has a passion for helping clients discover strength and balance, while awakening new muscles. 

  • Veronika is a licensed massage therapist (LMT) in the state of NY. She started her journey with massage therapy in the Czech Republic, learning modalities such as Sports massage, Lymphatic Drainage, and Bowen Therapy in order tostart her own practice in Czech Republic. Her knowledge expanded further in Mexico City, where she learned Madero Therapy in order to body sculpt, reduce adhesions and inflammation. Her most recent educational endeavor lands her in New York City, where she studied and graduated from Pacific College of Health and Sciences--further broadening her knowledge in Shiatsu, Thai Massage, Prenatal massage.

    Her focus is to heal people through a holistic manner--working on the muscular system, as well as the nervous system--in order to prevent injuries and therapeutically resolve occurring injuries.

    She has worked in a diverse set of environments, from acupuncture clinic, beauty clinics, massage clinics all over the world.

  • Manny (he/him) is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and graduate of Pacific College of Health and Sciences. 

    Utilizing a blend of modalities such as Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, and Thai massage--Manny seeks to promote a relaxing form of Orthopedic massage in order to treat various conditions while also incorporating a holistic mindset that recognizes the body and mind being intertwined and must be treated together.

    He sees himself as a small guider to one's overall healing journey; recognizing the overall importance of one's autonomy and control over their own journey towards healing.
